By making a reservation at Farmlore, guests agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure a smooth and considered experience for all guests.

Reservations
All dining at Farmlore is by prior reservation. Tables are confirmed only upon successful booking through our reservation platform.
Farmlore operates with a limited number of seats per service. We request that all bookings are made thoughtfully, as each reservation is held exclusively for the guest.

Dining Format
Farmlore is a tasting menu experience. The menu is served as a sequence of courses designed to be enjoyed in its entirety.
We do not offer an à la carte menu or multiple menu variations. The menu changes regularly based on seasonality and availability.

Arrival Time
Guests are encouraged to arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to their reservation. Early arrival is welcome, and guests may spend time exploring the farm before being seated.
As the experience is carefully paced, late arrivals may not be fully accommodated. The progression of the meal may continue without adjustment.

Dietary Requirements
All dietary preferences and allergies must be communicated at the time of booking. While we are able to accommodate vegetarian preferences, we are unable to offer vegan menus or make significant modifications once the menu has been finalised.

Children
Farmlore welcomes guests aged ten years and above. The format and duration of the experience are best suited to older diners.

Menu & Ingredients
Our menus are shaped by ingredient availability, seasonality, and the philosophy of the kitchen. Farmlore does not serve beef or chicken.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made up to 72 hours prior to the reservation are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 72 and 48 hours prior may be rescheduled to a later date, subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the reservation are non refundable.
Special events are non cancellable and non refundable.
As an 18 seater restaurant, each service involves careful planning and preparation in advance. We appreciate your understanding.

Special Events & Private Dining
Special events and private dining experiences may have separate terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Conduct & Experience
Farmlore is designed as a shared dining environment. Guests are requested to be mindful of the pace of service and the experience of others. Management reserves the right to refuse service in the interest of maintaining the overall experience.

Liability
While every effort is made to ensure a safe and comfortable environment, Farmlore is not responsible for personal belongings or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. Guests visiting the farm do so at their own discretion and are advised to be mindful of the natural environment.

Amendments
Farmlore reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
