This September, Farmlore welcomes Chef Floriano Pellegrino of Michelin-awarded Bros’ for a special afternoon of food, place and collaboration. Known for his contemporary interpretation of the flavours of Puglia and Salento, Floriano brings a cuisine that is deeply rooted in regional ingredients, tradition and technique, yet constantly questioning what they can become. For this lunch, he joins Chef Johnson Ebenezer at Farmlore to create an 11-course menu that brings Southern Italy and Karnataka into conversation.
