This September, Farmlore brings together two chefs shaped by a deep sense of place. Chef Floriano Pellegrino of Michelin-awarded Bros’ joins Chef Johnson Ebenezer for an 11-course lunch exploring the meeting point between Puglia and Karnataka. Floriano’s cooking draws from the flavours, ingredients and traditions of Salento, reimagining them with a contemporary perspective and a constant curiosity for what lies beyond the familiar. At Farmlore, this becomes a conversation between two landscapes, with the produce of Karnataka meeting the techniques, ideas and sensibility of one of Southern Italy’s most distinctive kitchens.
