This Halloween, Chef Johnson Ebenezer’s sinister tradition takes a darker, more ambitious turn. In collaboration with NEL, Sydney, led by Chef Nelly Robinson (The Best Chef Awards 2025, Milan), Farmlore conjures Nelvanthi, a lyrical, ghostly dinner born of soil, smoke, and shared imagination.
Each course is a story told in firelight of harvests past, of spirits that linger, of hunger both mortal and mythical. Beneath the banyan tree, the evening unfolds like ritual: precise, poetic, and haunting.
