A rare coming together of two culinary philosophies, Evett x Farmlore is a 10+ course journey that bridges the landscapes of South Korea and South India. Guided by Chefs Joseph Lidgerwood and Johnson Ebenezer, the menu is rooted in terroir, technique, and thoughtful storytelling.
This marks Chef Joseph’s debut in India. When Kaushik, Farmlore’s founder, first met him in Seoul, their shared sensibilities sparked an immediate connection. Today, that synergy finds its way to our own backyard — in an experience as personal as it is profound.
